Cancellation and Refund Policy for PAUL DRIVER SERVICE
- In case you want a refund of overpayment to our driver, please email us at pauldriverservice@gmail.com and make a refund request clearly explaining the circumstances of your refund request with proof.
- Where we determine that a refund request is valid, we will make reasonable efforts to grant the refund request and refund you.
- Please note, if your address is within 7.0km from our office then you will be charged an on-time cancellation fee (one hour before or one hour after reporting) of Rs.250/-. Full payment of the package is mandatory after the stipulated time.
- Please note, if your address is more than 7.0km from our office, you will be charged an on-time cancellation fee of Rs.450/- (one hour before or one hour after reporting). Full payment of the package is mandatory after the stipulated time.
- Please note that we will not be responsible for delays, which may be caused by any third parties, such as banks and merchants, on whom we rely in processing your refund request or any delay or any force majeure event beyond that. Our reasonable controls. Therefore, we bear no responsibility for processing refund requests.
- You can book and cancel driver services at any time through the Paul Driver Service’s website but a cancellation fee may be charged if you cancel after the driver has already arrived.
- Our payment process is detailed below for the convenience of customers. Please select your payment method. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to your refund request as soon as possible.
