Please note, we never receive WhatsApp calls.

It’s mandatory to notify us via message while releasing the driver.

Please note that it is mandatory to inform us while messaging for 3 hours booking. Otherwise, your booking will be done in 5 hours package.

All bookings are to be made through our helpline number +91 90738 21176 or www.pauldriverservice.in – not through the driver.

If you pay online, it is mandatory to send the payment receipt to our official WhatsApp number +91 90738 21176.

There will be a grace period of 5 minutes each hour before and after the start of overtime.

If the driver is reporting before 07:05 a.m., an additional charge will be added to the car rental.

In case of driver booking or any issue related to our driver, please contact our helpline number +91 9073821176.

If your address is more than 7.0km from our office, additional charges will be added for car rental and overtime.

An additional charge will be added to the car rental if the driver is released after 21.55pm.

Paul Driver Service is not responsible in any way if a driver has no experience of the route.

If the driver goes on duty out of town, accommodation and food expenses will be borne by the owner.

If the vehicle is unfit, the driver can refuse to drive but all the payments have to be made for requisitioning the driver.

If your pick-up and drop locations are different, then extra car rental and extra overtime will be added.

Paul Driver Service will not be responsible for any Damage/Accidental/Driver’s accident during the duty hours.

Check all particulars (Parts/Papers/Car) before releasing the driver.

Please book in advance for (DAY/NIGHT/LONG) tour. Take your By Order service at your own risk.

Please note that it is mandatory to allow the driver to take photos of the vehicle while on duty.
